Can I add 12"?

I need about 12-18 inches added to have enough slack
I have this type of OEM brakes:
Tektro HD-E725 4 Piston Hydraulic 203 mm Rotor. Power Cut Off Function.

Just in case you haven't done this project yet, here's some information for you,..

I bet a 2 meter textro long hose for the rear is a lot cheaper at $30. Then you move the old rear hose to the front caliper, and shorten it. You'll need a new fitting, about $2, Both approaches require bleeding,

The 2 meter Tektro hose in @harryS 's link includes a banjo bolt to attach to the caliper.

Check your caliper to see if you've got a banjo bolt.
That might have to be crimped on at the factory?

My Tektro brake calipers don't have a banjo bolt,..
