I saw this full suspension ebike on Zenbikes.ca. How much is it in american dollars and how can you order it?

@Timpo , @4mk ,

Thanks for your comments.
Because of the current US-Canada border closure and some of the design changes, our product launch has been delayed. So, we are still in the testing phase but we are super close to getting the final build out. Please keep an eye for the announcement in a few weeks but right now. The full suspension models need a lot of testing. Currently, we have put out concept bikes that are close to what we have designed and those prices will change.

The Shakti model - hub motor version will be priced at $1990 and the other Bosch models like the Samurai will have the Gates carbon drive, Bosch 4th Gen speed motor, starting at $3990. Our website will be updated before the launch event.

Another vote for deeper whites like pearl white.

You should also check other versions like glacier frost mica.

Makes a huge difference.

Paul is an excellent designer of E-bikes, which is apparent from his previous creations of motors and batteries.
This is an XL frame being built in his shop for someone who is 6ft 4".
Bosch Gen 4 speed motor, Gates drive, Rohloff E-14, a dual battery (1000Whr) combo with all the bells whistles like Supernova M99, Kinekt seatpost, ABUS lock.
Going to be exciting when it is finally completed!!

That is a nice looking bike. It is great to see the bike getting put together. How much work is it to install the Bosch system and lights on to the frame?

I would say a decent amount of work.
It's not just the volume of work but the meticulousness needed to ensure electrical components like the battery mounts, power cables are installed properly and every mechanical bolt is torqued to the specification set by Bosch.
On top of that, making sure the motor controller is updated to the latest firmware, Rohloff E-14 shifts smoothly, lights power-up, etc.

Ravi-Glad to see you are progressing well with your builds and business plan. Looks like things are shaping up and the designs are quite impressive. Good Luck moving forward! ;)

Rohloff E-14 getting assembled on a test rig. Rohloff hub laced to a DT Swiss HX 531 rim is a very strong setup.
[In the final configuration, it was tilted up to avoid any interference from the kickstand]

As promised, Zen Samurai is getting ready for the launch.
Just from the looks, the all-black color scheme looks like a batmobile. It has an elegant and yet formidable presence.
This particular XL frame was built for a 6ft 4" gentleman. Still, we need to tidy up the cables, align the rear wheel, lots of minor adjustments but it is very close to being done.
Very proud of what the Zen team has accomplished so far. There are so many technical details that go into building a high-quality rig like this.
Without the technical expertise of Paul, Zach, and the whole team, putting together a build of this quality in the middle of a pandemic is VERY challenging.
Finally, thrilled that we will have a US-based enterprise that will offer higher quality bikes and N.American folks don't have to depend on German companies for a bike like this.
