On the handle bars the bike was shipped with the cable for the controller panel disconnected.just look near the 
goose neck be sure to align the pin and groove then it will 
magically turn on I had to get customer support for this.but all is good.my XP 2.0 in cruise control runs at 22-24 mph the xp3.0 17-19 mph.the first turn of the throttle I wasn't on it it popped a wheelie.the torque and take off speed is awesome compared to my 2.0
