Winter Sucks

old stinky "brushed" power tools create ozone as well,

I know that smell from sparks and electronics class, where we built a Jacob's Ladder using a 20,000 volt oil burning furnace igniter.

I remember a tree getting hit by lightning less than 100 feet away from me, and there was that same smell in the air.

You never forget that smell.
It's like the distinctive smell of burnt hair, or burning brake pads or clutch plates.

Will you have an automatically triggered igniter?

Ignition is tricky.
Bare assed Angels aren't recommended due to the potential for burns, but too much clothing can trap the gas, so you need a thin layer of breathable fabric to help prevent burns.

It's best to be seated or bent over when blowing off an Angel so that the flames shoot sideways and away from yourself.

Perhaps a piezoelectric igniter would be better, without an open flame, but a bug zapper on your taint might be worse than a lighter? 🤔

My little sister fired off her first Blue Angel when she was 12 years old.
She was wearing her lime green fleece onesie pajamas and melted the entire ass area of her pajamas. 😁
(Cotton and wool don't melt, but they singe up nicely as well.)

Did your little sister first eat Pickled Eggs with Beans, and Beer?

It was probably just a Kraft Dinner fart at that age?

We had just learned a new trick and hadn't figured out the best ⛽️ recipes yet. 😁

Winter really sucks when it is 95 out and you’re too tired to ride. I wanted to ride my regular bike today, but I haven’t ridden this year in the heat, and the regular bike generates a lot of heat anyway. Of course, tomorrow will be 72.

Fog is the only thing that's puts me off, it's like riding in the rain. It gets down to 0-C here often and I like to ride at 1 or 2 am but it's not uncomfortable. I have all the modern winter clothing, even a silk ski mask to go under my woolen ski mask, and special windproof booties that go over the toe area of the shoes to keep the wind chill factor out. Pants are nothing special as brisk spinning generates a lot of heat in the legs, I just use track pants over nylon shorts with a pair of those padded girly-boy underpants as the foundation. I tried long Johns once but my legs got too hot. As for up top I have a light Dainese motorcycle jacket that's lined and use an old supple pair of motorcycle winter gloves. A lot of motorcycle stuff is designed better than pushbike stuff. The neck ring is a must too.
