my wife and Is 30 miles ride on our e tandem. one f the longest yet for her. I did 50 miles yesterday and 30 today for a total of 240 this week.
thats fitbit. I have a apple watch but it tends to run out of juice if I ride much in a day. the fitbit keeps better track of heart rate as it is always sensing it. plus it auto records my rides so I don't have to remember to start it.Nice work. I’m new to this eBike adventure, what app does your info come from? Thanks!
plus it does not auto start like the fitbit does.My biggest gripe about the Apple Watch. They can’t have it sense motion to restart the activity? Ride With GPS never misses, but Apple can’t seem to get this straight.

I got 50 Saturday but it was over three rides. I get 20 to 25 on my commute then ride on the tandem when I get home.I ended up disabling the auto start on mine, because it would always log motorcycle rides as outdoor bike
Awesome rides! It really is a great workout. I did one about 50 miles a few days ago, got just as much of a workout as I would have on a regular bike... just went much farther and faster.

My wife wears her Fitbit on every ride. She loves it.thats fitbit. I have a apple watch but it tends to run out of juice if I ride much in a day. the fitbit keeps better track of heart rate as it is always sensing it. plus it auto records my rides so I don't have to remember to start it.
there are several that auto record but I got the charge 4.which Fitbit, please. Thank you.
That's so cool! Sounds like lots of amazing rides are in your futureA long time friend of mine and inspiration for me to cycle asked to join me on a century ride yesterday. I welcomed him joining me and had a great ride out.
For him - he had his best 100km speed/average. No one else he rides with (I'm his only ebike riding friend) can keep up with him, let alone push him/motivate him.

When riding my ebike in the mountains I'll sometimes get passed on the uphill by someone on a normal road bike, those folks are amazing athletes.
ya I have done that a few times but I just want auto as even as I usually remember to start it I forget to stop it. I ride 3 times a day or more so it gets easy to forget. I let my Garmin get the gps. I really just wanted to get my heart rate but I did not want to wear a chest strap all the time as I would be too lazy to remove it between rides. so the Fitbit gets my heart rate and my Garmin records the ride.@jaizon I have the Charge 3 which I picked up used on Craigslist for $50 and it works great. It does auto-record, but if you start the activity manually it can leverage your phone GPS and get you speed and map data as well:

They have some other ones such as the Ionic which have built-in GPS for auto-recorded activities, but those are a lot bigger and bulkier (smartwatch size). The Charge series smaller and a lot more comfortable to wear in my opinion.
Nope, you are totally wrong. According to the guy who stopped and talked to us outside the market this afternoon (probably in his 60's) you couldn't get exercise on e-bikes!my wife and Is 30 miles ride on our e tandem. one f the longest yet for her.
