I don't know where you found this info,
I have lived here for 50+ yrs, and I have asked the county fathers, Sheriff's Dept/city police Department, Co road department and State of nev road departments, and several others Officials and NO one has heard or knows anything about a bike plan/route for or around here.
I sure hope it's true..............I'll keep prowling around for info................

So Far,
This is the best option I have found, brake sensing tail lite and a single turn signal lite for each side, I can separate these lites and put them in a short section of PVC pipe and have about 8-12" apart, with my blinky tail lite and reflector in the middle section, along with the brake sensing tail lite.
