I took delivery of my Vado 4.0 step-through yesterday and it’s great. I’ve never ridden for 5 miles at a time before, and this will definitely achieve my goal of getting me out more.
But to my question. I cycled on a canal tow path (UK) this afternoon and it was pretty wet with many deep puddles. Within five minutes my feet were completely wet through from having been repeatedly drenched. Did I expect too much of the fenders, because in fact they’re only good for light puddles? Or should they have kept my feet clear of water and I need to adjust the fenders?
