I understand a determined thief will be able to cut through most if not all bike locks. Having said that, do you have an opinion on locks like the X1 by Litelok, or the Mason by Seatylock? I've seen many videos of people cutting through the Kryptonite New York and Fuggetaboutit locks in less than a minute, but taking a lot longer to cut through the X1.
It seems like somebody making a lot of sparks in a public bike lock area would attract attention, though. How likely is it for them to use powertools to cut through some of the better u/d-locks?
