Truckrun M09 frame suggestions?

I am considering the Truckrun M09 motor for an ebike and am looking for a compatible aluminum alloy frame that is at least 20" tall. 21" is preferable. Truckrun said they will send me their specs to provide any frame builder. Do any of you have suggestions?

The Truckrun M09 has a lot of torque, but it might be a bit power-hungry. Eunorau's Flash model comes equipped with three batteries, though, and that 220Nm of torque is really well-suited for all-terrain rides.
