What do i do if im on the bottom of a huge incline and im stopped and im in a high wrong gear? How do I change to a lower gear when im not moving?

Lift rear wheel and change gears. Or hit the throttle. :D
One of many practical uses for a throttle that have nothing to do with getting out of pedaling.

If you lack a throttle but have a kickstand, put it down and lean the bike on the kickstand and front wheel till the rear wheel comes off the ground — preferably with the front brake locked. If you have someone with you, one can work the brake and shifter and help lean the bike while the other spins the crank and rear wheel.

With practice, you can also manage this solo. Just downshift one gear at a time, lift the rear wheel and spin, and repeat till you're in the gear you want.

on our tandem when I mess up I put it in walk and shift while holding the bike.
Walk mode — of course!! Why didn't I think of that?

It's like the time my hub-drive's chain broke. Not sayin' how far I walked that 70 lb bike — uphill no less! — before it dawned on me to just throttle it home.

boschs walk mode is only about 2.5mph shower then we walk.

Well, if you're at the bottom, ride a little on flat ground, shift down to 1, and it will eventually get the chain moved. This is a true noob question that is a puzzle sitting at a desk, but quickly answers itself in real life. If you're climbing that hill, you can still downshift if you're moving with enough speed.

Rear hub with throttle: just hit the throttle and start to pedal when my speed start to match the gearing. Might downshift after hitting the throttle if I need to add speed faster. I probably stayed in gears 4-7 on my 7-speed Radrover in 95% of my riding.

Mid drive with throttle: Really worried about putting too much stress on chain if in the wrong gear at a stop before a hill. I had to re-train my brain with a mid-drive to "anticipate" gear changes and read the terrain before a hill or downshift before stopping. "Old skool" and had to reach way back to those skills to anticipate up/down shifts when driving manual trans (5 on the floor or 3 on the column days).

Mid drive with no throttle: Never had an ebike without a throttle. Probably stop and change gears (lean to one side and change gears). Second way is to turn around on flat ground to pedal and downshift; then, U-turn to head up.

One of the only times I use my throttle is for situations like this. Only have to move a few feet to get into a lower gear.
