Suspension adjustment lever rattles like there's no tomorrow.

So they sent me a 3 or I'm not sure the size of the ball mm ball bearing and a spring with the new lever from China. I put it on cranked it down as tight as I can but it's still rattles . it's a matter of time before it rattles and falls off . how could they release an e-bike with these problems? Is there a solution for this. Thank you for reading my post.. I appreciate any information or knowledge that the community has

PS I'm able to obtain 29 . 31 miles an hour easy not at first but it is getting broken in
