Supercharger weight ratings

Does anyone know exactly why the GH vario has a gross vehicle rating of 160kg whilst the other Supercharger models are 140kg?
Is it just a guess combination of Magura vs Shimano brakes, Schwalbe tire ratings, Handlebar/Stem, are there stronger spokes on the GH, the rear hub itself?
Or most curious, is there any difference in the frames?

It’s mostly the Stem, handlebars, pedals, seatoost and saddle. The bike is rated for the weakest parts. Ergotex safety level 6 is the way to go for the stem and handlebars and you’ll probably want to swap the pedals anyway. Kinect last I heard is working on a heavy duty version of their seat post which might be worth considering.

The frames are otherwise the same but you won’t have a liability claim in the unlikely event you get hurt on the bike while exceeding the weight rating.
