Sondors says $199 fee covers shipping and Tarriffs to Canada?

Hello guys, so i am interested in buying the new LX model and the customer service said that $199 charge covers both tarriffs and shipping;

Does that mean we do not pay taxes upon delivery? How was your experience?

I did not pay extra when I purchased mine, then again I am not sure if the transition from NAFTA to USMCA has changed anything since then
