I remember reading about a female cyclist getting caught with a stealth motor built into the seatpost and bottom bracket. Is that where you got the idea? Somebody somewhere sells one or she wouldn't have had one. Why sell only to cheaters? Why not market to ebikers?

Hello , I have mounted similar controllers (but which do not need HALL sensors) on my lawn mower (bosch 36v): the first one had the 5v regulator and the main IC was short-circuited, The second I already changed 2 FET, and the third had the LM317 and 2 FET in short circuit, and this despite mounting on radiator whith insulator , but it may be tricky to make good contact because if you do not tighten enough the contact is not enough and if you squeeze too much the 4 screws the circuit will deform...
