this is an expensive part of town the drain the lake every three years. man it makes it ugly.

I came across a family of deer this afternoon in the hills. They crossed by me in order of maturity with the bucks first... the doe and fawns were too quick to photograph.

It's a beautiful structure (built in 2009)... but at $14.8 million it should be!
