That's exactly what my mind told me when I saw it. I rolled back and picked him or her up, I didn't look I wanted to respect its privacy, tucked it into a spot between my bars and the bar-bag that's usually reserved for bread rolls to feed the crows, and when I looked down 20 minutes later she had escaped. More likely I had just not anticipated the poor aerodynamics of a Tribble.Very nice... A Tribble perhaps?
What trails do you ride on the east shore of 'The Lake'? We often ride from what was called Squaw Valley along the Truckee River to Tahoe City then down to Sugar Pine Point State Park and back. Some great views, but also some busy traffic on a few sections.A few more interesting sights from riding the East Shore of Lake Tahoe.

gas bbq in the middle of a super busy fast bridge crossing the Columbia river.
