So you don't need or want ride data during the race?
The map is more important! So you don't need or want ride data during the race?
Ah yes, those BC blackberries. Don't ride to close to them especially if you're on blood thinners:Lovely day yesterday with solid sunshine and 24C temps. First ride in shorts this year! Sun screen mandatory.
Headed South as I often do with the idea of extending the usual ride.
Grass and blackberry brambles are thick and high...
Much equestrian waste to avoid on this path...
Out again?!!???
Heading East on a long and NOT winding Colebrook road, with a view of Mount Baker...
Water stop at a golf centre...
This hill doesn't look like it's 13 - 15% but...
Seems palatable...
Good shop for some UK goodies...
Dude is drumming hard, and it was loud at the football game...
Tall residential building on the way home...

Hey Dave
No visible hurricane scars in this spot. Rebuilt or unscathed?Bayside of Ft. Myers Beach. Hot days & high humidity. View attachment 196207
Rebuilt. there are still plenty of scars around it. Multi story condos and resorts are still in recovery mode and still empty. the Insurance disputes have slowed down some recoveries. The multi level restaurant that is to my right in the photo and out of view has a high watermark line of 15 feet from the storm surge of hurricane Ian.No visible hurricane scars in this spot. Rebuilt or unscathed?
Once heard distant choral music on a rail trail ride near my house. How odd, I thought. Where could it be coming from?Tripped over a gent I've seen a couple of times now playing trumpet underneath an overpass. The natural reverb is the attraction...
That's what I'm talkin' about!Once heard distant choral music on a rail trail ride near my house. How odd, I thought. Where could it be coming from?
Turns out, a chorus of local school girls were singing under the rail bridge ahead — also for the acoustics. The songs were totally unfamiliar, but they sounded great!

I'd love to try my guitar/vocals there just for fun!
