Show us pictures of where you ride your ebikes!

Four days ago my left knee became excruciatingly painful.
I did not ride at all.
I found it terrible to go up/down stairs and could hardly sleep. Was thinking arthritis. Bending my knee was terrible.
Today was not a lot different, but I got sick of it.
I went grocery shopping, and when I got back I made the decision to go for a ride... short or long I didn't care.
Threw my Stance on the work stand, cleaned it up, did some maintenance and headed out.
The first half of the ride was hard. My knee at the top of the rotation was so tight and painful, especially the first few minutes.
Second half of the 20Kms was a little better so I tackled a 12% grade on the way home.
Dammed if I don't feel 50% better now.
Tomorrow will tell me how smart/stupid that was...

Took the TSDZ2 off of the 20" folder last night and put it on the 26" folder. Stopped at a park for some shade.

This motor has been on 4 different bikes, this bike was the first one that I tried it out on so including twice on this bike it has been installed 5 times. It is very simple and quick to remove from one bike and install on another. I rode my 20" folder with this motor 27-28 miles yesterday - it is a great hill climber with 20" wheels but on a very steep trail it kept doing little wheelies when I pedaled hard. Overall the 26" folding Dahon Jack is a more stable bike, I just got back from a 22 mile ride on the Jack. Was stopped on a trail by some people asking me about it. Really I don't have anything bad to say about my two Tongsheng (36v 500w and 48v 750w) in several hundred miles of use on multiple bikes.

Pictures from recent rides within 25 km of my home. The giant mushroom is in the nearby provincial park.

I am amazed that we are not inundated as usual.
Sorry that the wind is pushing it east. 2 years ago it was brutal here as well.
No worries Dave. I suspect it may all come to pass, it’s just a matter of when. Forecast for the AHQI is calling for more moderate values this week. Just feelin' a bit green-eyed of your beach ride down to the Fraser.

A couple of years ago we were inundated with smoke from Washington, Oregon, and our own deadly fires.
Same crap, couldn't see across the block/hood.
Makes me sick to see you guys taking the brunt this time. Idaho and area too. I have family there.
It was so bad back then I couldn't ride.
Stay safe mate.

no particular destination in mind just head out and picked my way along the less busy roads then i got the urge for a snack so popped out to barny for a bacon buttie with chips
.. back through Winston and Eppleby where i had my usual coffee and scone+jam ,took the scenic route back through Darlo and out through patches lane. it got a tad warm in the afternoon but i adapted and over came . 😁😁 this not working lark seems to be suiting me well... 55 smiles

how was the knee Dave ?

how was the knee Dave ?
Much better now, thanks mate!
I'm about 90% better I think.
I noticed that my left leg was constantly resting in a bad position in my office chair. Eight + hours of that every day seems to be the cause if not a contributor.
Threw a large pillow on there and that seems to have fixed things. Time for a new office chair methinks!

Took an old railway line trail from Goderich, Ontario on Lake Huron, 13 km inland and back. Nice ride.

had to re-configure the auto downshift on my supercharger as it was not doing its job lol . so today was just a short ride to check all is well and things are running smooth. so i popped out and headed to one of my fav coffee stops which is just 5 miles away.
after my cake +coffee i saw it was almost time for lunch break so thought i would call in and see some of my old work mates. so pleased i was not in there today far to hot.. lol... left there then over town to get some cash then decided to return using part of the Aycliffe walk to avoid traffic. not far but really enjoyed the 25 miles or so. 😁😁

More lovely rides in the neighbourhood and nearby Provincial Park. I am very fortunate to be able to do 40+ km rides without actually having to cross or ride on a highway.

I can't go more than 4 or 5 miles in any direction without a main highway or a dunk in the river. Ride the same streets unless I load up the van and drive to a trail. Enjoy the ride !
