Show us pictures of where you ride your ebikes!

I used ride with gps to map this route it was one they already had and I just changed the start and stop point. we were on a great forrest trail that started somewhat paved then paved then dirt and rock and everything in-between for about 8 miles up. there were offshoots that there was no way to get the tandem up and it lopped and the path it looped too was a narrow and way to steep path to ride the tandem on. I didn't to even know it but we went by the cemetery my grandma is in. we have done more climbing y about 500 feet but this was a steady up hill pretty much the whole way. we missed a turn and gone down faster but then had to ride on the streets back where we started the climb. ended up being 45 miles total. may be the last day this year we could ride this path when it gets muddy it wont work on the tandem. serious drop-off on this ride but not like we were right on the edge. I wonder how many tandems have come up here? I bet we were the oddball.

this is some of the daily commute home from San Francisco going south to the Peninsula

this is a little bit of the town of Pacifica

this is a trail that goes from San Bruno to San Mateo
@WattsUpDude Awesome stuff! Thanks for sharing! I’m waiting for my ebike to arrive and will be looking for suggestions of places where to bike to. I live in SF city center. Any ideas of cool places / trails to do are very welcome. In terms of range I’m getting a double battery R&M bike. Thanks!

Thanks! I’m based on the Peninsula and commute to SF. We’re blessed with a lot of beautiful places to ride around here. Most of my recreational rides are anywhere from SSF to Pacifica since I usually start from home. I haven’t done them in a while but there’s always Mount Davidson or Sutro Forest if you want to stay local. Check out the thread started by @AleksR who rides an R&M and is also a Bay Area local.

edit: just saw that you’ve already visited there :)

Missed my ride today. Gale force, 60 mph winds off Lake Huron are bringing limbs down, so even riding in the forest is not a safe option today. Looks like a very nice week coming up though!
Edit: some big trees down in the forest and across trails where I usually ride today!

We’re in for a gorgeous week of mid to high teens C weather here in southern Ontario, Canada. Back to shoes rather than boots, and lighter clothing. Seeing lots of deer, wild turkeys, red-tailed hawk, and reports of a big grey Wolf in the area. We have coyotes.
Still obsessing over a Trek Powerfly FS 4. Thanks for changing the Devastated heading CheetahLee!

Colder here now, temps just above freezing. Most of the leaves gone from the trees. Some photos from riding in my nearby Provincial Park (Pinery)
