Rocky Mtn. is one of the early brands of MTB's based in British Columbia, CA.. Recently they were the first manufacturer to introduce the now popular 27.5+ concept which has become quite popular in the e mtb marketplace. Now they have introduced not only an e bike but a whole new mid drive system called "PowerPlay".
