Purchased this nice bag, just arrived today. Was super excited but the included rack does not fit the racktime rack on the bike. This bag have an adapter which is larger than the rack time. I purchased this bag on Amazon, but it came from the UK. I tried to contact the seller prior to making a purchase but the seller never responded. Since the bag came with the racktime adapter I assumed that it would be a direct bolt on fit but that wasn't the case. I took a few pictures, hopefully the seller now responds!

I had exactly the same problem and you need to purchase the adapter that has adjustable feet on it; then remove the original adapter that came with the bag and replace it with the adjustable adapter (very easy to do; you have to lift the flaps at the bottom of the bag to locate the screws). More than likely you will have to "adjust" the feet inward to fit the narrow Stromer rack...they do not move easily, but they are movable. I found the adjustable adapter on German ebay; shipping was very quick and price was reasonable. It was worth all of the aggravation, for sure. But it still boggles my mind why they simply didn't attach the adjustable adapter on whatever bag was being sold.

Yes, it boggles my mind too. Why not include an adjustable rack? Well at the end of the day is all about making a profit $$$. I contacted Racktime, sent them an email to explain the situation as well. I have yet to get a response from them. I purchased the bag on Amazon, and I was about to return the bag but then I found out that the company is located in UK and the shipping cost to return this bag is not worth the cost. On top of what I already paid, plus return shipping cost and aggravation makes this bag one expensive item!
