Reviews of new 2019 C-Class

Hoping EBR will do a review of the new C-Class soon. In the meantime, does anyone have experience with this bike? I'm very intrigued by the combination of mid drive motor, throttle and various accessories at the price point. However, I'm having trouble nailing down the specs of the new bike from the Ariel Rider website. The site says the bike has a 350lbs. capacity, but the manual says 290. I also can't find the dimensions like reach, seat max/min, etc.

It looks like exactly what I'm looking for, but it's hard to drop $1700 on a bike I can't see in person without knowing the measurements/specs.

I should be getting my C Class off the barge here soon. Will share my thoughts. I believe the manual is for the previous class on the weight issue. FB messenger seemed to work better for me when contacting the mother ship, Nora was always prompt.

Just to update this post-- Facebook chat did work. I think the first time I tried was outside of business hours. Whomever responded from Ariel was very polite and answered my detailed questions. I ended up purchasing an E-Lux Malibu after riding at a local store, but I wanted to put in a good word here for Ariel Rider. Looks like they make great bikes, I just went a different route.

C Class is awesome bike. Nice upright riding position. Have baskets and panniers for grocery runs and have no issue climbing hills with the bike loaded down. Customer service has been great whenever I have had a need to ask about something. Highly recommend.

Oh boy, we have not rode it enough to fill you in there. We're in Alaska and the weather has been nasty (it's a rain forest) since we got the bike. We have only had short trips in between the rain. Also, the pavement here is only 50 miles long, so no long trips. It's a big beefy bike, the Dapu motor hums right along, no issue on hills. We have steep ones like Seattle. Pavement has been wet and I am to old to fall, so no speed checks.

I've had this bike for about 2 months. The bike is great. I'm 6'-1" and 240 lbs and it fits like a glove. The only issues i've had is with customer service taking forever to ship a part that got damaged in shipping.

I got new one with a new motor and it is comparable to a Gazelle ebike. Actually I can even say better than Gazelle in terms of configuration and almost half the price. Frame and welding looks beefy and easy handle lot of cargo. Customer service for me is great so far. They helped me whenever I have something to ask.
