More photos and link.
Price for new I-Walk Bike here in Taiwan from delivery from China was 23000 TW$ Taiwan dollar or 655 Euro.
When I ask in Belgium dealer only to purchase spare battery price is 599 Euro + 18 Euro postage.
For new same bike in Europe price is 1499 Euro almost double + 150 Euro delivery. We
arrive in 1700 Euro. Anyway too much as pure price of bike is 22500 TW$ = 640 Euro.
http://www.i-walk.cc/product/urban2/
http://www.i-walk.be

I made with one full charge 28 km in high speed mode.
With normal mode 34 km...for factories, jumping in town or
shopping its perfect. Folding is so simple and placing in car trunk
no any special problems.
For older people is perfect for moving
not to mention for children they will be happy. :) Im. :)

Music can play over Bluetooth speaker of Bike...even phone ringing on...
2 Keys and phone App is simple to use.

Sorry for long missing. At the end I removed only battery cells from battery pack as no one Air operator doesnt allowed
this battery on board...I take out BMS battery management module
paid 100 US$ for air travel from Taiwan to Europe was nothing.

Assembled new battery cells at home (paid 40 pcs 200 Euro) and made already over 300 km with bike. Very happy very good quality.
Missing some safety protection things on battery but for me not important.

Now I-walk producer was purchased exclusivity from some USA company and they stop all APP and commercial.

Anyway Im very happy with small skooter bike I-walk. Max I drive 31 km/h and its more than enough for town.
Distance with 1 charge aprox. I made full Sport mode 27 km and over 35 km with normal mode.

What is the controller you bought?
Can you post a link with detail wiring pictures?
This look like a great job and fun project

I opened original new battery and writing on paper how cells are connected and wired to existing original BMC module. I just purchased new cells assembled and very good isolated all in one proper package to fill back inside original box.

I can scetch wiring for you no problems at all.

I hear from European dealer from Belgium that one USA company took all production from Chinese I-Walk and deleted all publicity about...i supose they like quality and product like me.

the only one thing to say is that motor and torque is not made for uphill of almost any /% but for streets without...immagine in few months i mafe over 800 km...on work in Taiwan just 100 in power plant but im very happy as in elevator i just bend it and in car even steering wheel bend is very small pack.

If you wish I can made drawing electrical for you and of course others.
46.8 Volts is battery 7.8Ah ...you need good charger 2A to switch on 54.6 Volts when reach full. No jokes with this !!! My small remote car 1 cell burned in fire at home when was connected wrong. !!!

Photos battery and original charger.
Will post you link where to buy charger and cells model. You can even choose stronger powerfull cell same as I-Walk selling also...later i will post other...

I think soon this Usa company will start selling model as they took exclusivity from Chinese. Trust me I hate cheap chinese crap quality products. hate. This one is made incredibly good.

my small overview...battery need to have small safety switch when removed on connector there is voltage 48 volts. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR SAFETY REASONS. Children can touch anyone can get schock.

When start driving electronic control speed and slightly going up and not fast quick start...ok for children...

there is sound button Beeep Beeep but its very low level of sound...in traffic difficult to warn others bikers ect...

Wow this is great, my power supply got too and melted a bit, not sure why Still works (removed the plastic)
looking to buy another one soon.

"I can scetch wiring for you no problems at all."
yes, would like to build me another battery.

I ride mine daily with a train commute, broke my bike folding handle, need to fabricate me one.
I love the bike, I replaced the air tires with solid rubber 14" replacements - no more flat tires (tire explosion)

looking to replace the motor and control to get better speed like 35KM :)

Ok send me sticker from your battery to see.
Today I will prepare everything.

Here is link for chargers: (Link Removed - No Longer Exists)

And battery cells that I reccomend just a little bit more Ampers; https://enerprof.de/akkus/li-ion-ze...ng-inr18650-35e-li-ion-3-62v-3450-mah/3c?c=14

Here you can find also all other products for speeding up bike...

Waiting some photos from your bike and battery sticker.

p.s. I was thinking that producer to improve safety need to put small micro switch on battery locking mechanism
and in same time battery is ON or OFF and protected from children touch...

P.P.s. If you dont know: If you driving and want to change speed without phone: Just push light button 7 sec. and than release
this will change speed to lower or higher. :)

Been on holiday, do you have the drawling for the battery?
I tried the speed change button and it work!, that's a great tip, thanks.

Ok will prepare all this days promise.
I suggest to buy stronger amperage cells will mark which one .

im glad that speed button helps.

Is there a way to update the firmware on these to go a little bit faster?
I took my controller out and found out what all the connectors are for
I was wondering if anyone tried to connect to the USB like the Bird scooters do and then update the firmware.

Ups so sorry for late reply. Will do my best to place how to connect properly battery cells on BMS original one is ok.
With software I dont think so that will be some possibility.

The white connector USB is only power, 5 VDC. Top Right on the controller board.

I mean to connect to the USB interface connector on the bottom of the board.
using a ST-LINK USB extender.

Maybe but software? Chinese I-Walk is forbidden to made any contacts or publicity as USA company purchased all production as I get this
information from Belgium re seller. What they are waiting I dont know. I try to email in the beginning they reply to me after no...
