Do you happen to recall what amber lights you used?I did amber on the forks of a bike four years ago and the guy is still communing with that bike daily and the less expensive lights all still work. It has the two headlights on the HB.

None boast many lumens nor long battery life; however, the Blackburn has really caught my attention for 2 lights @ $50. In reality, what I am looking for is some decently bright amber to "side" illuminate approx 5-6 miles of dark trail until the next time change...
