Preventing/overcoming flats in the Rad Rover

I have the original Kendas on my Rover. One flat, pre-Slime, at about 500 miles. A thousand miles later, post-Slime, no flats. The tread is just about gone on the rear and there isn't much on the front. The only things holding air in are the tubes and the Slime.

I have some new Kendas ready to go on whenever I get around to it....
