Hmm. Well...I have to say I'm not very impressed. I was told back when I ordered that if I didn't order now (May 26), I would not receive the bikes for the June 10 delivery, because they would be out of stock. Teo said a June 10 delivery date. That means they don't arrive at Teo on that date, they ship out from Teo on that date...Not.
Then I'm told they will arrive at Teo's shop on the 10th, and will ship out soon after... (about a 1 week delay) Not.
@Denis Shelston was told by Benoit and posted on the forum "boat is close to Vancouver, should dock around the 1oth"...(that would make about a 2 week delay) Not. I asked Benoit specifically on my purchase to let me know if there are any delays. Did he let me know? Not. I have to email him a few times before I get a response, and then the response is quite short and usually doesn't address what I've asked in my email. So then I find out he doesn't speak very good English. OK, no problem. I can't speak french at all so I'm not going to get in a rant that he doesn't speak English that well. I wouldn't want to reply in what little French I know how to speak, to someone who only speaks French right? So what would I do in that situation?...If I'm the business owner, I would find someone who is bilingual and get them to help me. Not rocket science...
So then I'm told the delay was from the shipping company, and now they wont be getting to Montreal until the 27-29th... (this will make it about a 3 week delay) But I thought the ship was close to Vancouver?....Maybe they were almost out of diesel and its too expensive to buy in Canada or something so they had to turn around....who knows.
Now here we are. Benoit told me they
will arrive the 29th...Not. I emailed "Benoit please keep me updated.". "OK" is his response. Did I get an update? Not.
@K.C. said a few posts ahead of this "I just texted Benoit and he said mine is shipping today. He also said he would confirm later. Keep you posted." I didn't see any new post from K.C. so I assume Benoit never got back to him...and

Am I a happy camper right now? Not.
Should I be posting this on this forum? Probably Not.
Am I smart enough or polite enough to remove it and just go to bed? Probably Not.
When Benoit reads this am I going to get good customer service if something goes wrong with my bike? LOL...
Am I out of line here? My wife says Not. But then again we both are on day 21 of cold turkey quit smoking so maybe our heads aren't where they should be...
Ill probably get an email tomorrow with a receipt showing that Teo has refunded my money.
