Perhaps "fairly easy to find" was a poor choice of words in that post.6zfshdb
I am glad you find these 4/5 bladed pins are easy to find,
I have been attempting for the last several days to find
the outside to outside width/distance of the 4/5 blade pins
plugs.
All, I get back is send a photo, so we can match it up.
I have requested the O/S to O/S distance/spacing of the metal pins,
as I need a .750" and 1.125" outside spacing/distance for the metal prongs.
I have some others that are NOT the same spacing, as above.
I have given up finding this info in over 10 different email to 10 different sellers.
I'll figure a work around to do what I want to do.

Yes, there are many "flavors" of these spade connectors and there appears to be no set standard. I went through much of what you describe before finding a match for mine. In addition to the spacing, there are also thickness, width and length variations to consider. I altered several to fit with a Dremel tool before finding an exact replacement. Not much you can do about the spacing though.
On one occasion, I cut up a 5 pin, shaved off some of the plastic mount and epoxied it back together with the proper 4 pin spacing. I'm still using it for an external application, since it won't fit in the battery or mount housings.
Through trial & error, I found my Pedego, Hailong & Reention / Dorado batteries use this 4 pin connector:
There is also a 5 pin version.

The dimensions of the 4 pin are as shown, but don't appear to be what you're looking for:
I'm not sure if you're looking for a 4 or 5 pin, but you may be able to use the above dimensions to extrapolate the dimensions of the 5 pin connector.
