A lot of Creo 2 users ride 32mm tires but you just have to be a little more careful about pedal strike on corners or going over obstacles. The riders on 32's are primarily road riding and not using them for gravel. There are a lot of people swtiching ot shorter cranks at the same time. The bikes are tested to certain conditions and that is what Specialized will put in the manual. You just need to evaluate the conditions when you exceed the parameters.
