Upgraded Trek Domane+ controller from Purion to Nyon Aug 2021. July 10 2022 controller abruptly failed. No buttons on keypad would work. Trek dealer: 1) tested system and found no faults, 2) said buttons would work but with excessive force. Trek dealer replaced keypad and controller immediately started working again. Controller worked flawlessly for me for about 2 weeks, then abruptly failed. Even with “excessive force” got no response from any button on keypad. Will be bringing Domane back to dealer when they open! Anybody else have a similar experience?

so the cable got changed with it that could have been the error. the only thing left is the mount has gotten sloppy. I have had that happen and I replaced the metal plate thats all I can think of. I had the ear brake off the wire mount.
