Ever since the Tesla battery day, the whole battery industry has been working hard to develop better cell structures and chemistries - 4680-sized are going in the new Tesla Model 3 and Cybertruck but I don't think we would see such that in the E-bike world any time soon. These cells are MASSIVE.
We have begun testing larger cell formats and different chemistry variants (NMC, LF'X'P, and LFP cylindrical cells). Just to offer some perspective, the grey-colored cells in the middle are 21700 cells. So, you can imagine the sizes of other cells.
Once we find better performing cell chemistry and size for E-bikes, we will design packs with these cells in the coming years.
