Need an ebike for lumbar spinal stenosis.

I have an Espin step-through ebike I really like, but I've now got multiple pinched nerves in my back. No pain if I'm sitting, but lots when I'm standing up straight. Is there a recumbent ebike that would work for me?

I’d go to a chiropractor and forget the recumbent. Recumbent made my back worse and are a giant pain to haul around.
