My Sunday 'Stay in to win' project all bike workstation

Hi, Here's today's stay at home and don't get hurt project.
I make a hoist from parts 'on hand' to lift heavy eBike when assembled onto my Lally column mounted Bike Arm.
A pair of small pulleys, a nylon web packing strap with loop handle and Velcro closure.
The Nylon web was one of a pair that were wrapped around a new rolled up mattress.
It 'velcros' around the bike and the handle loop over the seatpost lifts it close to a center of gravity.
The Lally column is loose fit and rotates as required.

Nice.

If you look at the "Seth's Bike Hacks" on youtube he has some good ideas about how to turn scrap wood into a decent work stand for your bike.
