Had my bike about 2 years. Thumb throttle stopped working. Pedal assist was Ok. Unplugged throttle and tried another. Same. 2 days later I plugged throttle back in and ped assist would not work. Speed 0.0 disappears off screen. Unplugged throttle, assist works again and speed reads ok. Confused to say the least. Any ideas. Shop says that they will fit new bits until it comes right starting at throttle then screen then controller. Seem a bit in scientific. Any ideas out there. Cheers from Taupo New Zealand.

Hi. Same issue here. My throttle just stopped working. I took the bike into Evo on Quay St Auckland for a service and fix. They changed the throttle and no change, then the control panel, no change, tried the control board ( in the battery area) same. I now have a new control panel (L7) As the old one ‘died’ when they were testing it... it cost me $200 and I still have the same issue!
