Luna X2 - Upgrade to 29" wheels?

I'm curious if anyone has upgrade to 29" wheels? I see Luna is now offering a 29" option. Some folks upgrade their bikes to 29" front, but leave the rear as 27.5. After riding with my son and swapping bikes with him (29" wheels), I see the advantage. The larger wheels roll just a little bit easier over roots and rocks.

Simple enough for the rear, but depending on the fork and rim/tire combo you may run into clearance issues on the front. There 'shouldn't' be much difference, but check the fork mfgr specs on their 27.5 vs 29" offerings before going for it if you choose to.

Thanks. Yep - looks like enough room in the rear, but would have to change the front fork, which I'm thinking about doing anyway. Interesting - the diameter of my son's 29" tires are 29.5. The diameter of my 27.5 are 28.5.

What is the fork model? If it is the RS Yari and the tires are 27.5+ (2.8s) and the fork is boost spacing then you shouldn't have any issue changing to a 29 up front. Most of the boost forks that are higher end are interchangeable with 27.5+ and 29, since they actually end up being fairly close in total diameter.
