Some places call that Dubai Chocolate. The crunch comes from little fried bits of philo dough. I was in Las Vegas and they had a donut shop around there that had this. It was the most exquisite donut I’ve ever had. Yes, exquisite.

I think it's safe to assume that this occurred post vado.

I bet you've never had a lobster donut. It sounds disgusting, but it's mind blowing if you like lobster.
