Lectric 2.0 ST bike lock

Has anyone been successful installing the Lectric 2.0 bike lock on the mounting points under the seat? The screws provided are too small to even hold, much less get them lined up and screwed into the mounting points through two layers of the lock case. "Simply bolt the lock mount to the side of the seat tube facing the rear fender of your Lectric eBike…then insert the folded lock in the mount and you’re ready to roll." Then they provide a photo that looks completely unrelated.

The mounting screws are pre-installed on the bike and do not come with the lock. You have to remove them then use them to attach the mount that came with the lock. Not sure if you might be trying to use screws that came with the lock that are used elsewhere???

No. Just trying to get the screws into the mounting points while holding the lock case in place. I think the way to do it would be to have the bike upside down but still difficult.

Lectric customer support should be able to help. Also, I saw a you tube video using a B-RAD 4 for the lock plus a water bottle. Sorry I can’t find video but here is link for the B-RAD 4.
