Yes. Loosen the bolts and make sure the fender is “up” as high as possible in the center mount and as “wide” as possible on the lower mounts. I made sure ours was pushed to the max this way when I put it together and have not had any problems.I’m still have a slight rub issue sometimes on the front fender. Any suggestions to get it right?
I think it has been 180 mm for awhile.Like to know model number of rear gear set. It appears a few things are changed. Website claims brake disc rotor is now 180mm. Sort of doubt thats right.
Reinstall fender.I’m still have a slight rub issue sometimes on the front fender. Any suggestions to get it right?
Yes the boxes are very substantial and heavy. Bikes packed well. Bike is 55 lbs. Both my bikes are now in transit. . Delivery next Tuesday. Wonder if the 85 lbs is the calculated shipping weight due to size of package. probably closer to 60 lbs in reality
Thanks. I really appreciate the tip. I had it exactly the opposite.Yes. I made sure ours was pushed to the max this way when I put it together and have not had any problems.
Good question - mine is in front and I don’t see how mounting it behind is possible with the tab of the fender mount poking up.I think what you guys mean about the light placement is behind the fork instead of in front?
Thanks - will remount. Seems like that fender bolt is 80% of the assembly.Maybe you can see it from this zoomed photo.
Yes. On my first bike I mounted it in front of the fork and it’s a bit wobbly. If you mount it on the backside of the fork the flat piece stop at the top of the fork and the angle of the light provides additional support.
If it's less wobbly... I'd rather be wrong with you.Maybe I’m doing it wrong but it just seems to work better mounted that way.
Same happened to me. Just left the box in the lobby of my building without even ringing my doorbell to get in. Have no idea how he even got into the building since we don't have a doorman and there is no special code for Fedex to use to get in. Shocked they don't have a signature required for a package this large and of this value. Both bikes showed up today. Lame Fedex guy just left them laying outside on ground in middle of winter. Could have at least rang the door bell. Maybe Espin should send these signature required for something so expensive
