Latest New Espin Sport/Flow update (1/14/2021)

I’m still have a slight rub issue sometimes on the front fender. Any suggestions to get it right?
Yes. Loosen the bolts and make sure the fender is “up” as high as possible in the center mount and as “wide” as possible on the lower mounts. I made sure ours was pushed to the max this way when I put it together and have not had any problems.

Both my bikes are now in transit. . Delivery next Tuesday. Wonder if the 85 lbs is the calculated shipping weight due to size of package. probably closer to 60 lbs in reality
Yes the boxes are very substantial and heavy. Bikes packed well. Bike is 55 lbs.

I got a notice our bike has been loaded on a truck in Orlando, and received the status "out for delivery" for delivery tomorrow. Interesting maybe for those following later, is there were no tracking updates from the time it left Los Angeles until arriving in Orlando 3 days later. That truck must have driven straight through...

Thanks. I really appreciate the tip. I had it exactly the opposite.

My “twins” with a couple of accessories. I installed a seat for my grandson on one rear rack and pannier bag in the other bike.

I think what you guys mean about the light placement is behind the fork instead of in front?

Good question - mine is in front and I don’t see how mounting it behind is possible with the tab of the fender mount poking up.

Yes. On my first bike I mounted it in front of the fork and it’s a bit wobbly. If you mount it on the backside of the fork the flat piece stop at the top of the fork and the angle of the light provides additional support.

That totally makes sense... funny but on the EBR review and even pictures on the Espin site, it looks like it's in front of the fork.

Just received a push notification.... my smoke Flow is out for delivery. We just got 8 inches of snow and its still snowing, hope I can put it together today.

Both bikes showed up today. Lame Fedex guy just left them laying outside on ground in middle of winter. Could have at least rang the door bell. Maybe Espin should send these signature required for something so expensive

Same happened to me. Just left the box in the lobby of my building without even ringing my doorbell to get in. Have no idea how he even got into the building since we don't have a doorman and there is no special code for Fedex to use to get in. Shocked they don't have a signature required for a package this large and of this value.
