Just for fun...

A couple weeks ago I had the "pronoun" talk with my family. I made it clear, that when I have my back turned and working on something I will no longer respond to questions such as "Do you need this?" If they can't use the proper noun for something, forcing me to ask what, or turn around and look, I ain't answering anymore.
Always look when someone that is not familiar with something is asking "Do you need this?". They could be handing you a lit stick of dynamite innocently.

While I have cannon fuse amongst my things, I don't have dynamite, so no worries there.

Not sure if this is funny, or just sad:

@JGcycle, There is a novel all about it, actually two, see 'Hollow Kingdom.' It features a talking foul mouthed crow in Seattle. A 5-Star read. A laugh a minute fast passed novel. Cell phones turn humans into zombies and the animals need to cope and take over, scary-funny. S-Turd is the best. Later she has a battle as lame crow is on a secret mission to save the last remaining human, an Inuit infant girl. What is up with the CA fires? The dumb loyal blood hound is the hero of the first book. Can't put it down good reads.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've already bought the book after previewing it on my Kobo E-reader. Sounds like it's going to be a hoot.

Forget about saving the world. Just enjoy your ebike while you can. Humanity's fate is sealed.

From the comments: "As a high school teacher, I view this as a documentary."

When nothing is happening I can make something fun happen. Today I took a fishing pole, picked up a $1.20 kite at the dollar store and went down to the boat rental doc. I started flying the kite off the fishing rod. People lined up to try it. They would real it in and hand it to the next person. Here is what makes it so good. You can adjust the drag so that it lets out line only with stronger wind. You can pull back to get altitude and maneuver side to side. Then you can real it in with no mess. This young man learned most of the techniques of handling a rod to land a fish in about 5 minutes.

What are some of your EBR moments?
For me there was the guy who had the idea of installing zip tie cruise control. He used a zip tie to lock his throttle to full-speed-ahead. He claimed it was great because he could rely on the brake cutouts.
We never heard from him again.

Hi ! i am living in Belarus ) Almost impossible to buy spare parts here ! Maybe someone has something from this list.

This guy is pro-Putin. Give him hell. Show photos of war crimes. We will not sell parts to black listed criminal nationals.

Without naming names, a thread sharing memorable head-scratching EBR moments could be a lot of fun!

We could use more folks like your guy on this forum. Clearly someone who thinks things through.
