I've been searching for a chart that converts battery voltage into a percentage, and have found some for 48v. But it doesn't show what Ah the chart is for. So I'm wondering if there's any difference in voltage between two 48v batteries that have different Ah? I have a Yonglin 80c display where you can set what voltage number you want each individual battery bar (5 total) to represent in the display. If I choose to put the percentages according to the chart I posted, will the percentage level on the display be accurate if I swap between my 10.4Ah and 17.5Ah batteries?
Is there any difference in voltage between two 48v batteries with different Ah?
Why not fully charge both batteries and then use a voltmeter to accurately find out?

The voltage of any battery can vary slightly depending on the brand and condition. The AH rating however should have nothing to do with the voltage.
Keep in mind that some manufacturers rate their batteries at 48V but they are in reality 52V. An extra cell string is often added to boost the AH rating. These batteries will have a fully charged voltage of 58.8V instead of 54.6 for a true 48V battery. If this is the case with your batteries, you can use this chart for comparison:

Yes I will most likely need to do this. It's the Lectric XP type of battery so I need to see how to check it m
