Martyn Ashton was a world class mountain biker before he had a serious crash that left him without the use of his legs.
This video shows him riding a specially modified e-bike at a race at Whistler. He has a fabulous support team that helped him achieve his goal of competing.

Wow, excellent! His msg at the very end about how it's all about camaraderie and friends is core. His point about accepting help from others b/c he can't do it himself is a point I'm slowly working on as my health degrades; tough to accept help sometimes but essential. Thx for sharing this.
