I am very please with the bike and customer service at Lectric Bike.
I haven’t had any mechanical problems with the bike and it is rolling strong.
The only minor problem I have had were covered under the warranty and replaced by Lectric bike.
1. Fraying of bikes both brake cables. Lectric bike sent me the replacement cables and rubber housing.
2. The pannier bag straps broke and Lectic bike replaced it under warranty
3. The tires are ½ bald I will need to replace them soon.
Accessories I have added:
1. Seat post – this was given to me by Lectric bike due to a delay in the shipping of the bike.
2. A bike light
3. Alarm system
4. Ubike lock
5. Bell
6. Mirror
7. Brace
8. Bike Seat
9. Portable Power Generator
