Have a Haibike 4.0 Hard seven, Yamaha gearbox PW. Got the Speedbox 2Pw but the wires on the Speedbox going to the sensor are only 2 wires, black and white-In the video, there are 3,black,white and blue. When I turn it on, instead of saying 2.5 and 5.0, it says 1 and 3 and I get pedal assist both ways. Tried contacting the place where I got it from and I’m being ignored. Help!

I can't help, sorry, but I was looking at the same product for my Giant which uses the same motor.
