help with travel tour in Rome

Any recommendation on where to go for New Year's Eve in Rome? I'm looking for a nice restaurant where I will be able to see the fireworks over the Colosseum? But I'm open to all suggestions...

This is my first visit to Rome and I want to find a guide that would show me the city, Google showed me this tour of Rome.

It's better not to go for some posh meal, but can spend the eve having street foods and then going for seeing the fireworks. Rather, if you want a posh dinner, then its your choice.
