Help on to pull Derailleur protector down on VIVI EBike

Hi I bought a new VIVI Ebike it says to pull the rear protector Derailleur down but the picture is soooo small I cannot see how to do it. I could not even find a video on Youtube on how to do it. Can someone please help with this, I would sooo appreciate it.

What exactly are you trying to do, and which Vivi is it?

There is a protector on the Derailler like I said above the instructions it says to pull it down but I cannot seem to do it. Please read the original post. Thanks
