My Ridecontrol rides are not syncing since October 29th 2025. I've tried logging out and in again, but no joy. In the distant past, this has happened before and something on the Giant end got fixed and sync started working
again. Just wondered if others have had the same issue.

Admittedly I have not used the app for logging rides for a couple of years or more. That said, have you updated the app to the latest?
I recall a while back where they came out with a new app that required a new login.

At long last, Giant released an update from 1.31 to 1.32.1 which resolved the issue. By tapping on the exclamation mark it retries the sync and it's now working.
