Front Fenders Yes or No

Have a F-150 and will be hauling two E-Bkes Como 3.0s in the Bed Looking at the Thule InstaGator racks but can not use front fenders Other choice is the Rack that you have to take the
front wheel off How much of a hassle is that? Will the fender hit the Bed...Anyone have any experiences ?
Do not want a hitch mount will be Towing a Trailer too...

I've been carrying bikes in the bed of my pickup for many years. I'm not a big fan of fenders but I do occasionally carry bikes that have them. For that style, I use this Thule rack mounted in the pickup bed:

For bikes without fenders, I prefer the Thule sidearm :

The sidearm can also be used on bikes with short partial coverage front fenders.

I mounted the racks to a frame or "sled" made out of 3" PVC pipe that just fits the inside of the truck bed. The PVC pipe frame slides easily in and out of the bed making it easy to load the bikes. The frame slides easier if you have a bed liner. My avatar picture to the left shows the rack deployed.

Riding in snow or mud or rain, I think you do want a front fender. I recently took my fat bike out in light snow and it threw all kinds of swamp water into my face. Probably would have swallowed all kinds of awful protozoa and bacteriums if they hadn't been frozen dead.

I use same mounted mine to a 2x10 in the bed worked great but needed to get up in the bed on my 4x4 which was a pain as it’s very high. I just installed a bed slider and now everything is easily reached from the ground, worth every penny and rated for a 1K lbs. Puts the bikes out of the bed to the rear where they are waist high and no bed sides to lift over.
