Easy Motion EasyGo Race bike automatically turns off after 15-30 seconds

I have an Easy Motion EasyGo Race bike and it automatically turns off after 15-30 seconds.

The battery appears to still be chargeable (the charging lights blink and when the battery is plugged in, it shows the battery is 80-100% charged)


Does anyone know what might be going on?

I was trying to find a replacement battery to see if that helps, but it doesn't look like this battery is being manufactured anymore:

is that when you are riding ? b:c it normally powers off after about 30seconds when NOT riding.

Yes, this is when I'm riding. And once it powers off, it no longer powers back on no matter which button I push.

It could be the torque sensor plate or the sensor itself, the battery connectors or the pins not retracting.
it needs a rocket engineer to fix it .
