Do I need to lubricate my new Rook?

Lubrication is a good thing. My local bike tech recommends motor oil for the bike chain of my hub-drive ebike. Also, there are folks here on the forum who recommend professional assembly if available--there are mobile bike shops that will come and assemble a bike for a fee. In my area, one company charges $250, but my area is pretty expensive--the same company charges $100 less in other states! You could also assemble it yourself and ride it to a local bike store for an adjustment, and that should be considerably cheaper and they can advise you on lubrication, too. :)

I hope you love your bike!
