creaking motor - 400 miles Bulls/Brose

I have really been enjoying my Lacuba e45, but it has developed a terrible creaking noise at around 350 miles. I wish someone would post a teardown video of the Bulls/Brose system. It seems crazy to drive a CAR a couple hours to a dealer to tighten a couple bolts (I think it is the motor mount bolts). Anyone have a dealer manual for this bike? I haven't had any luck finding a video on youtube either.

I think these are the required tools:
Isis bottom bracket tool

Isis crank puller

Also curious if this item is required and how it is used?

When you are putting on 200 miles a week, it is not feasible to go to a dealer for every minor adjustment. Bulls needs to be more friendly to commuters, especially when they are selling commuter model bikes.
